- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 can (4-1/4 oz) chopped ripe olives, drained
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 flour tortillas (10″)
Instructions for Recipe Mexican Rollups
- In a small bowl, mix everything but the tortillas.
- Spread over tortillas and rollup tightly in saran wrap
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Unwrap and cut into 1-in. slices.
