  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground Chipotle pepper, depending on heat desired
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash ground allspice
