I’ve never been able to master the art of baking cheesecakes so this is my kind of cheesecake recipe.  My family really enjoys desserts based on cream cheese, so a no bake cheesecake recipe is perfect for us.  This recipe is quick and easy and you don’t have to heat up the kitchen by having the oven on.  If you’re looking for a time saver but still want a nice dessert then this no bake cheesecake recipe is a winner.  Just four simple ingredients and a graham cracker crust and you’re good to go.  You can buy a prepared graham cracker crust at the grocery store or make your own.

A no bake cheesecake recipe will call for cream cheese and a common error that home cooks make when using cream cheese to make a no bake cheesecake recipe is mashing it with the other ingredients and hoping for the best. Instead you should be whipping the cream cheese. This gets air into it and gives your no bake cheesecake the light, airy texture associated with this type of dessert.   1. Mix together the cream cheese, frozen whipped topping, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Pour this mixture into the prepared crust and chill for at least 2 hours.
