Jello Oreo Cupcake Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (12.6 oz.) JELL-O No Bake OREO Dessert
  • 5 Tbsp.  margarine
  • 1-1/3 cups cold milk

Jello Oreo Cupcake Recipe Directions

  1. Mix the crust mix from the No Bake Dessert package and the margarine with fork until crumbs are evenly moistened.
  2. Press the crust mixture firmly onto bottoms of 12 paper-lined medium cupcake cups, using about 1 heaping tablespoonful of the crumb mixture for each cupcake.
  3. Pour the milk into a deep medium bowl. Add the filling mix from the No Bake Dessert package. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then beat on high speed 3 minutes. (Do not underbeat.)
  4. Remove 1/2 cup of the crushed cookies; set aside. Gently stir remaining crushed cookies into filling until well blended.
  5. Spoon evenly over crusts; sprinkle with reserved crushed cookies.
  6. Freeze at least 2 hours until firm. Store leftover desserts in freezer.
