Fisher Price Shape Sorters
As a Grandma, this is one of the first toddler toys that I purchased to keep at home for my grand-kids and I could not be happier with my choice. This toy seems like it has been around forever and I remember my own children having one when they were little.
Fisher Price Shape Sorters are one toy that is timeless. When a great toy is made that is educational and fun, it will span the decades. The recommended starting age is 6 months because this toy is baby friendly. The blocks can be picked up and held and they are oh so colorful to stimulate baby’s activity. As a child grows the shape sorter becomes a learning activity for early skills with colors, shapes and identifying which shapes go into which holes.
My favorite things about Fisher Price Shape Sorters are that no batteries are required. It’s extremely fun for kids as well as a learning tool and it’s an all-around great toy at an inexpensive price. I have the best time enjoying this toy with my grand-kids. Fisher Price Shape Sorters have always been one of my favorite toys.
This is a super toy to take on the go. The blocks store in the carrier and there is even room to add a few more toys to carry along!

Fisher Price Shape Sorters Are Full of Fun
My grand-kids like to take the top of the toy off and place the blocks into it on the floor, leaving the box as a “block carrier”. The Shape Sorter box sometimes becomes a holder for any toys that like to be carried around. Another fun activity is to put the lid back on the box, and like all activities, this can take some practice. The blocks alone are great for stacking, knocking down and starting all over. My 3 year old grandchild still plays with this toy and enjoys it just as much as the 2 year old.
